Our Day-of Coordination Package ensures your wedding day runs seamlessly from start to finish. We provide a dedicated coordinator who will manage your event’s logistics, timeline, and flow—so you can simply relax and enjoy every moment.

This package includes:

• A professional coordinator to oversee all event logistics

• Creation of a detailed, customized wedding-day timeline

• Coordination with all vendors on the day of your event

• Oversight of setup and teardown for décor (Coordinator supervises and assists where appropriate; full setup/teardown not included)

• Multiple planning meetings leading up to your wedding to ensure everything is perfectly in place

We know how expensive videographers can be for your day so we created a more affordable solution to capture your day
